Comfy 3rd fl room for mid term rental

Old Victorian house close to travels. Short term or mid term rental. Guests say our location is very peaceful. 3rd floor room with beautiful pumpkin pine steps. Antique Victorian bed. Sm refrig, microwave, TV, excellent wifi. Easy travel to many locations. Hospital, st mary 3 miles, capital health NJ 20 min, universities Good parking around our corner location. Shared bathroom, use of kitchen and outside spaces in right weather. The space Located in old Langhorne. Close to travels. Walkable and safe. Large corner property. Plenty of parking on the street. Close to Carin University-1 one mile. Train to West Trenton or Philly 1.7 mile Bus is about two blocks away. Rt 1, two blocks away. St Mary’s hospital is about 3 miles away and easy bus route. Guest access The guests share the bathroom and the room is on the third floor but bathroom is on the second floor. Each guest is expected to clean up after themselves immediately after use. The kitchen is accessible for cooking. You may have your own shelf in the cupboard and room in the mini refrig to keep some of your stuff. There is a microwave, mini refrigerator and teapot in the room. Host washes all sheets and towels. During your stay Housekeeping is usually 2x mo. She needs to be able to clean your room. It will be a $20 fee when she comes Other things to note I need to know your situation to be able to approve the stay so please give me more info.
