The space This is our family home, but the lower level is quiet, private, and fully closed off with a solid door. Our friendly dog has free roam outside but can’t access your space—just let us know if you'd like her inside during your arrival. We're happy to chat or give you full privacy. No smoking on the property, but we may allow tobacco cigars or pipes around the fire pit upon request. Minutes from Lake Woodmoor, hiking trails, and great local coffee shops. Easy access to I-25 for day trips to Denver or Colorado Springs. Guest access You'll have your own private entrance via a sloped gravel path from the driveway to the back of the house. Enjoy full access to the lower-level bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and rec room. You're also welcome to use the upstairs deck from the backyard—perfect for soaking in the tall pines and mountain views. Other things to note We have a sweet family dog who roams the yard but not the guest space. If you're bringing a dog, please include them in your reservation and let us know in advance. There's a pet fee. We’re 35 minutes from COS airport and about an hour from DEN. A few helpful notes: The walkway to your entrance is sloped gravel—please use caution in winter. The lower level stays cooler than upstairs—great in summer! (We are at 7,300 ft elevation and surrounded by trees so AC is not necessary). Extra blankets and heaters provided for winter. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM out of respect for all guests. No smoking or vaping inside or outside (except for cigars or pipes at the fire pit with approval).
