Our classic and modern apartment is fully rented out, so only you stay in the apartment, no sharing with anyone else. Enjoy your trip with our amenities: SLEEPING: A queen size bed with a mattress, so it is very comfortable and soft. Sheets and towels are provided. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need when preparing meals from an induction hob, microwave, fridge, electric cooker... to tableware, cutting board or knives and scissors. BATHROOM & toilet: There is a shower with good water pressure in the bathroom. In case you need to make laundry, you can use the washing machine in balcony. Hair dryer and iron available. - FOUR-SEASON SWIMMING POOL and GYM on the 20th floor (Free only for guests renting the apartment for 6 months or more). - FREE WIFI with high speed - Essentials (Towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper) - Washing machine - TV -2 air conditioners - Fridge -Microwave - Dishes - The entire apartment overlooking Phuong Luu lake and Le Hong Phong boulevard, northwest and northeast view provides diverse and rich views. - Playroom for kids, community play room. - You almost don't need to buy anything extra when you stay at my place. We will do our best to bring you a pleasant experience, but we cannot do the same as a hotel. We don't change towels or do daily cleaning. Instead, there is a washing machine inside the apartment, you can wash and reuse towels. We offer 1 free cleaning service per week for stays of 7 days or more. For subsequent cleaning requests, there will be an extra charge. ★ No drugs or any illegal activities in the property. Thank you for your understanding^^ ● Location: The apartment is in a 39-story building. We have 4 apartments in different locations. If you need, we are willing to advise the most suitable apartment. ● Check-in: The check-in area is located on the 1st floor of the building. Check-in time is from 12:00 to 15:00. After this time, please contact us in advance to arrange. Since the staff is not on duty at the building 24/7, it may take a while to provide assistance. ● Elevator: The movement in the building is controlled by the elevator card. You need a card to use the elevator – the card is available in the apartment's mailbox. ● Parking: Around the building you can park for free. If you want to park in the building, there are 3 basements (with fee):   – Car: 6:00-21:59 : 30,000 VND/ first 2 hours (10,000 VND per next hour) 22:00-6:00 : 20,000 VND/hour The overnight car parking fee is about 300,000 VND /night and will be discounted 50% if you have the host's voucher.   – Motorcycles/electric motorcycles: 6:00 - 18:59 : 5,000 VND/time 7:00 PM - 11:59 PM: 8,000 VND/time 12:00 AM - 6:00 AM: 30,000 VND/time   – Bicycle: 6:00 am - 6:59 pm: 3,000 VND/time 7:00 pm - 11:59 pm: 5,000 VND/time 24:00 - 06:00: 20,000 VND/time ● Backyard: The backyard is a common space, has no fence and is shared with other apartments. ● Hot water in the apartment: After entering the room, you need to wait about 10–15 minutes for the hot water to work (do not flush immediately), because the system needs time to heat up. ● Laundry: You can use the washing machine and dryer right in the apartment, free of charge. We have prepared laundry detergent for you to use. ● Noise: To ensure quietness for all guests, please lower the volume after 10:00 p.m. Since the building has many different apartments, there may be noise from the surroundings.
