The space This cozy single-story house is located in scenic and quiet surroundings with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The house has a large terrace with a built-in bench, dining area, and barbecue—a great place for morning coffee and evenings outdoors. The interior is practical and spacious: entrance hall with wardrobe, two separate bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, a large and well-equipped bathroom with shower, toilet, large mirror, and ample counter space. The living room opens onto the kitchen and dining area with high ceilings and a loft (sleeps two). There is a comfortable, good-quality pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a flat-screen TV with streaming services for relaxation. There is also a practical utility room with a washing machine, extra shower, and a separate entrance/extra storage space. In front of the house is a large parking area with space for three cars.
