This townhouse is close to the major highways w/o the noise. It is 800 sq ft with an upstairs and downstairs area. There is 1 bathroom upstairs w a tub/shower and a half bath downstairs (no tub/shower). There is wifi, alarm and washer/dryer. There is also a tiny fenced in area for your pets. My place is not fancy but it is clean and I try to provide the best value for you and your pets who can be really hard on houses. The house is in a complex that has children and neighbors are close by. Other things to note There are only 2 parking spaces in front of the townhouse. The parking lot is to small for larger trucks and SUVs. It is 2 stories there are stairs.
