The house is located on a scenic slope in Milówka (Kolonia Prusów) in the heart of the Żywiec Beskids, away from the hustle and bustle and in close proximity to nature (deer and forest animals often come here). It features a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping space for two), a reading corner with an extensive library and board games, a Bluetooth speaker, and underfloor heating to ensure a cozy atmosphere all year round. • Bedroom 1: A cozy, private bedroom with a comfortable double bed, blackout curtains and a view of the surrounding peaks. • Bedroom 2: A second comfortable bedroom with a double bed, ideal for children, a couple or friends. • Kitchen and dining room: A fully equipped, modern kitchen (induction cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and a full set of dishes and cookware) combined with a dining table – ready for cooking and dining together. • Bathroom: An elegant and functional bathroom with a shower, a large mirror, a makeup mirror, spacious cabinets, a hair dryer, and a set of fresh towels. • Terrace and garden: A terrace built of natural stone slabs, nestled among greenery, with a large wooden table and benches – the perfect spot for a morning coffee with a view of the mountain panorama or an evening of relaxation under the stars. The following are at your exclusive disposal: • The entire interior of the house: 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with panoramic windows, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom • A private stone terrace with a panoramic view of the mountains, equipped with a table and benches • The garden and the grounds around the house • Free parking spaces on the property Check-in is hassle-free and self-service, so you can arrive at a time that suits you. Other things to note - Proximity to nature and open space: The property surrounding the house is intentionally unfenced to blend naturally into the surrounding mountain landscape. As a result, roe deer, deer and other forest animals come right up to the windows – it's an amazing experience! If you're coming with your four-legged friend, please bear this in mind and keep an eye on your pet when outside. - Mountain location and access: The house is located on a hill with a beautiful view. Access is via an asphalt road, and in winter, due to mountain conditions and snowfall, we recommend winter tires, and in more difficult conditions, snow chains or four-wheel drive. - Quiet and relaxation zone: HillOut is a place designed for tranquility, rejuvenation and communion with nature. This is not a place for loud special-occasion parties or bachelor and bachelorette parties.
