Great light-filled, clean apartment in safe, quiet building. The apartment is lovely and offers a calm zen sanctuary to the hustle-bustle of New York City. The location is ONLY 10 minutes away from 60th Street and 5th Ave in Manhatten. Everything you require is 1 - 4 blocks away. Two floor walk up. I am well informed on what's happening in NYC and available to assist you in whatever manner I can and then I'm off doing my thing. Reach out with any questions.
