Enjoy free parking on our residential street and quick access—only 15 minutes—to downtown, the Oregon Convention Center, MODA, and more. ★ Welcoming Layout ★ Step into a well-appointed home designed for comfort and convenience: • Bedrooms: A cozy retreat featuring two bedrooms: 1st : a queen bed, chair, Smart TV, and ample closet space 2nd : Second room with two twin beds, smart TV, a portable wooden crib, and a pull-out cot for extra guests. • Bathroom: A full bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. • Living Space: An open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area complete with a full-sized kitchen, table, chairs, sofa, Smart TV, and fast WIFI. For children: A pull-out cot bed, crib, high chair games • Extras: A private washer/dryer, fans, space heaters, adjustable pillows, and even earplugs for added comfort. ★ Check in at 4:30pm / check out by 10:30am. If you need to leave your luggage or would like an earlier check in, please message a couple of days prior. If you need an earlier check in, please contact me a couple of days prior to arrival. If available, you're welcome to check in early, free of charge. You're welcome to leave your luggage and food, if an early check in can't happen due to a clean. You're welcome to leave your luggage on the way out. ✹Street level entrance- no stairs. Other things to note *Family friendly: crib, high chair, booster seat, gate, toys, games, children’s chairs, and more. • Booking Details: Upon booking, you’ll receive a rental information email—including any necessary pet agreement. Please send along your email address. • Welcome Email: a couple of days prior to your stay, you can expect a Welcome email with everything you need—from your personal door code to helpful tips for a smooth, comfortable stay. There are blow dryers, curling irons, an iron and board. • If you’re booking for others, I'll need everyone's names. In addition to the booker's email, kindly provide a primary contact’s email and phone number for coordination, as they will also need the same information as everyone else receives, which makes for a smooth transition. • Pricing & Guest Count: Nightly rates are set by a third-party program. Each additional guest over the base rate of 3, including infants, incurs a $20 fee per person per night. We love families! Please list all children in the “children” section and leave the infant count blank. • Comfort & Amenities: Our launderer/cleaner uses unscented, natural products for your comfort. For added convenience, we offer fans, space heaters, and earplugs. If any issues arise, please let me know right away—your enjoyment is our top priority. • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 4:30 PM and check-out by 10:30 AM. If you need to adjust these times, just reach out closer to arrival. If the property is available, you're welcome to it free of charge. • Lodging Taxes: While there’s no sales tax in Oregon, lodging taxes do apply as noted in your quote. For stays of 31 nights or more, lodging taxes are waived—offering a financial advantage for monthly renters in Portland. • Neighboring Rental: Please note that there’s another rental unit above, which may result in occasional noise as they have adorable dogs 🐾- they go to bed by 10 in their crate. Speaking of pets, kindly ensure yours aren’t left alone for extended periods, as some may bark, howl, chew or get anxious in new surroundings. • Extended Stay Cleaning: For longer stays, monthly cleaning is required at $99 per cleaning.
