Room with a view on King Charles III Coastal Path

With the River Neme to the front and Crown Estate to the rear, close to the Norfolk borders and Fenland, rooms with a view are offered far from the maddening crowd. Listen to the sound of silence as you watch bats, mink, Muntjac Deer, Kranes, seals, and other wildlife... or just use us as a stop on your way to Kings Lynn, Sandringham Estate and its associated events, Hunstanton and many other coastal beauty spots. Bikers, walkers, cyclists and motorvanners all welcome. The space This is a large property which was formally a terrace of three Edwardian Cottages constructed around 1900. The house is on a farm road and sits in half an acre of mature gardens with many of its original features . The previous owners were artists and some of their art still decorates the grounds. There are seven bedrooms, six of which are available for rent and each could accommodate 2 adults. Two rooms are ensuite and the rest have access to two bathrooms. We are one and a half miles from a bus stop - along a quite river side road- and the same distance to the quaint village of Sutton Bridge with it's famous swing bridge that stilll operates for shipping and sailing boats. The village also has its own marina. The new Coastal Path runs past our front door with a nine mile coastal hike from Longholm to Kings Lynn Western ferry and thence to Kings Lynn town centre. Both Sutton Bridge and its sistere village of Long Sutton have many eateries and takeways. No kitchen facilities are offered for guests although tea and coffee making facilities as well as microwave and a fridge is availble for guests. Guest access Guests can use the front door to access their room and a common bathroom will be assigned for those not using an ensuite room. There is a terrace outside and ample gardens to wander around. Each room is generously proportioned and nearly all have great views. There is ample parking on a long driveway. Other things to note Bedding will be provided and towels. Guests are expected to check in after 15:00 and check out before 10:00.
