The view is great, the house has been restored 2 years ago and it's very very nice. It has 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom, 1 toilette and 1 kitchen-living room. It's on 3 floor. You are in a green area, 12 kms from the sea, 15 minutes by car. All the furniture are new, a lady in Ceriana keeps the house always in mint condition. It's in the very center of Ceriana,the entrance is on a small medieval square with benches and people livng here spend their spare time sitting there and chatting... You could even take your chair outside and relax here.... Ceriana is a nice village with food shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and an ice cream shop. At 100 meters there is a river where you can also take a bath and a lot of paths to walk in the mountains Ceriana (325 metres above sea level), is a medieval town around 20 minutes (12 Km.) from the coast and Sanremo, and it is reached by buses that run between the valley and the coast. It is one of the largest and most charming old towns of western Liguria, and is particularly hospitable and welcoming towards those who appreciate its charm.
