Families will enjoy the large garden with plenty of space for playing and exploring. Bus stop 5 minutes away, train station 15 minutes away. Shared kitchen, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. In our shared kitchen, you'll find everything your heart desires: a filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge, dishes, spices, tea bags and coffee powder are available for you. Guest access Guests have access to their booked room, the shared kitchen, the bathrooms and the garden. Check-in is uncomplicated and flexible via key safe. Other things to note We deliberately do not have a TV. Instead, you can expect birdsong, fresh mountain air, balmy summer evenings and the soothing silence of nature. Our guest house is also the perfect base for anyone who wants to get to know Carinthia as a possible new home and discover the region in peace. A small note: The statutory local and accommodation tax is already included in the booking price – there are no additional costs for you in this regard.
