The space Set within a classic older building, this dual-level apartment blends coastal charm with everyday comfort. Step through your private entrance into a sunlit, open-plan living area, where a cosy sofa, armchairs, and the gentle breeze from a portable fan invite you to unwind with your favourite movie on the TV. Whip up simple meals in the compact, efficient kitchen, equipped with an oven, stove, Nespresso machine, and cooking essentials. Gather around the glass dining table to share food and conversation in a relaxed setting. Head upstairs to find two peaceful bedrooms, each with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and soft natural light. Stay productive at the dedicated desk and enjoy the ultimate comfort of a portable fan in the primary bedroom. Refresh in the bathroom downstairs, complete with a combined bath and shower, or make use of the powder room upstairs for added convenience. Keep things fresh with a dedicated laundry nook, featuring a washer, sink, and handy storage. Fill downtime with a good book or a light workout using the provided exercise gear. For families, a highchair and a portacot are available on request. Due to internal stairs, the apartment may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. With a dedicated carport for one vehicle, this pet-friendly retreat offers a hassle-free base to enjoy the best of Manly. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. We are pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please confirm with our team prior to your arrival to verify if these options can be accommodated. ✔ All linen and towels are professionally and commercially laundered. ✔ Everything is replaced between every guest stay, always fresh, always clean. ✔ Some stubborn stains may not lift, even after multiple treatments, but rest assured everything is fully sanitised and hygienic. Please note that EV (electric vehicle) charging is not included in the nightly rate. Should you wish to charge your EV on-site, a $50 per night fee applies.
