The space Large, private and peaceful property with large garden that invites play and relaxation. Trampoline, football goal, pool, swing set, playhouse, basketball net, inflatable mattresses for the pool. A small pond outside the fenced garden. It is also part of our property. The land surrounding the house is our land and vegetables are grown there. 300 m away from the house is our main farm and the legend of St. Hallvard originates from there. There you will also find St. Hallvard's well. Guest access The entire house and garden are available. We have closed off the gym as there was a leak a while back and we haven't been able to fix it. There is still a bicycle, treadmill and small trampoline inside the house available. Other things to note This place is rural, but centrally located. Large private garden, terrace and porch on 2 floors. Lier is called "Green Lier" because of all the cultivated land. Lier is safe and quiet. There is a lot of forest and beautiful hiking areas in the fields and hills around here. There are many great cycling areas in both Finnemarka, Kjekstadmarka and along the Drammensfjord.
