Beautiful restored "casa de campo", located in the center of the island of Menorca, ideal for a dream family vacation The space This "casa de campo" (country house) is located in the municipality of Alaior, on the historic road Cami D 'en Kane, about 10 minutes walk from this typical small town where you will find all the necessary shops. Its geographical location in the center of the island allows easy and quick access to all the beaches of the North and South, the Es Grau Natural Park and other tourist spots... It is easy to access 20 minutes from the capital Mahon and the airport. The house is an old farmhouse that has been totally restored, surrounded by a beautiful garden of 1500 m2 composed of several spaces (orchard, lawn, hammock area...) that allow everyone to vary the quiet and sporting activities and enjoy the garden after a day of walks or the beach. It is lined with a patio, a terrace with pool (8 x 4m), a sunbathing area with sunbeds, a barbecue area and a pergola for meals in the shade. This house is very easy to live with many spaces and nooks to enjoy the family or the calm of the garden. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, and a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living-dining room. It is very well equipped: microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, washing and dishwashing machines, TV, stove for off-season stays, garden lighting, internet box with wifi, board games, readings... The house, garden and pool benefit from regular maintenance (minority company that also manages all problems and emergency repairs). Linens are provided: sheets, towels and tea towels. You're all set for your arrival. Only beach towels are to be provided. The pool is not secured, so it is only suitable for young children in the presence and under the supervision of their parents.
