Built in the traditional fortified “ohiro spiti” style, it features thick stone walls, low doorways, and an exterior stairway connecting two levels through a small outdoor area. The space -Ground Floor: Cozy living room with a 55” Smart, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dining area, couch, a small sleeping nook (190 X 65), bioethanol fireplace, a/c, washer, and a bathroom featuring a traditional-style hammam. -Upper Floor: Two queen-size beds, a second 40” Smart TV, a/c, fan, full bathroom, small refrigerator and a hallway with a window that let in the cool Mani breeze at night. -Traditional Layout: The two floors are not connected internally. As was typical in historic Maniot homes, you move between the floors via a small outdoor staircase. This layout reflects the historic architecture of the region, where homes were built for both everyday life and defense.
