Cottage Přeslička - Rejvíz

Rejvíz is described by experts as the most beautiful pearl among the mountain villages of the Jeseníky Mountains. It is a typical mountain settlement with about 75 permanent residents and, above all, preserved original architecture consisting of wooden log cabins. On January 1, 2005, Rejvíz was declared a village heritage zone - with regard to the preserved wooden folk architecture, mostly of the 19th century, undisturbed by unsuitable additions. Our cottage is therefore typical for Jesenicko - a timbered house with a vertically boarded gable. The space Right on Rejvíz is the National Nature Reserve with the largest Moravian peat bog with an area of 396.63 ha and with educational trails passing through moss lakes. It is the highest settlement in Silesia - about 780 m above sea level, it is one of the most sought-after places in the northern part of the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area. Velké mechové jezírko is the second most visited place in Jeseníky (1st place Praděd). Guest access Its location meets the conditions for demanding and less demanding hiking, it is an ideal starting point. The terrains are diverse, from flat to challenging, depending on your choice. The quiet and peaceful environment provides excellent conditions for family recreation and, according to experts, the environment is ideal for children and adults suffering from respiratory diseases. Rejvíz is a good starting point for trips to other resorts in Jeseníky (Červenohorské Sedlo, Ramzová, or Praděd), easy downhill skiing is about 2 km away (several lifts Horní/Dolní Údolí). The district town of Jeseník is easily accessible at a distance of about 12 km, a little closer to the opposite side lies the distinctive border town of Zlaté Hory.
