Newly-renovated apartment with sea view and bathing suit distance to a nice swimming area. Fully-equipped accommodation with its own entrance and nice patios. Nearby are paddle and tennis courts as well as boules and miniature golf. On the island, there are nice swimming areas in all directions. Food is easily bought in the local store, there are also several cozy restaurants to visit. The space The apartment is 50 m2. Open floor plan with kitchen and living room. Dining area for 5 people as well as a sofa and armchair Bedroom 1 - Double bed and wardrobes with both shelves and space to hang clothes Bedroom 2 - A 120 cm bed and a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. Storage boxes under the bed and hooks are available. Number of beds: 5 Please note: Bring your own bed linens and towels. Fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and stove with oven. Bathroom with underfloor heating as well as shower and washing machine. Exit from the living room to a terrace with sea view. Possibility to open a whole glass section for a lovely indoor/outdoor feeling. The apartment also has another patio with a sunny position all day. Barbecue available. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house with its own entrance and a separate part of the plot with two balconies with sea views. Parking for ONE car is available next to the apartment. You will receive the code for the key cabinet just before check-in. Other things to note We don't charge a cleaning fee, which means the guest cleans before departure. Note: Bring your own sheets and towels! Källo-Knippla is a fantastic island to spend your free time on, there are nice walking paths, lovely swimming, tennis, paddle, boule, mini golf. Visit the cozy marina and restaurants.
