Upper Deck, Historic Annville

This two-story apartment is spacious, borders LVC, and is located in the heart of historic Annville. The space Guests have access to the newly renovated entire second and third floors of the building. The first floor is occupied by "Double Edge" barber shop (make sure to book with Joey before your stay-he does an incredible job!) Park behind the building in the parking lot shared with Subway and access the building via the staircase to the second floor deck. The first bedroom with a King sized bed is on the second floor of the building, along with the living room, dining room, spacious bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is brand new and features cute apartment sized appliances. Also new is the open staircase leading to a loft-type bedroom, featuring two more King sized beds. The heat and A/C on this level are currently provided by a portable unit. Guests can lounge on the upper deck, with mature trees lending some privacy or enjoy the park bench under the tree on ground level. Annville is not a bustling metropolis, but there IS something to be said about overlooking the main drag from your living room. There are many locally owned restaurants within walking distance of this home and there is even a one screen movie theatre right across the street! Guest access On the afternoon of guest's scheduled check-in, a digital code will be provided via private message for a key-free, worry-free stay. The property provides ONE parking space for guests. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, you will find FREE parking in the blocks surrounding the square. Other things to note We love the "littles" but because of the open staircase in this home, in addition to the exterior staircase leading to the deck, it is not advisable to bring toddlers or young children to this property. Their safety is too important!
