Tiny house retreat in the countryside

Lovingly handcrafted tiny house! Modern living in a small space: underfloor heating, hot shower, cozy sitting area with panoramic views, and a loft bed with a view. Kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge with freezer, gas stove, large couch, Wi-Fi, and projector. Outdoors: private terrace, barbecue and fire pit, large garden. Just 10 minutes to the reservoir – perfect for water sports and relaxation. Walking trails right outside the door, good bus and train connections. Parking available. The space The tiny house consists of an open space with a cozy sitting area, a loft bed with a view, a kitchen unit, and a private bathroom. The sleeping area is located upstairs – accessed via a small built-in staircase. One of the steps is even part of the kitchen – a bit unconventional, but that’s what makes my custom-built tiny house unique! Thanks to the many windows, the house is beautifully bright. If you open them, please be careful with the built-in mosquito screens – I installed them myself and they’re a little delicate. Outside on the terrace, you’ll find a plastic cover with outdoor cushions under the seating. Feel free to also take extra cushions from inside, like from the couch, to make it even cozier. A quick note about the shower: it’s connected to a 40-liter hot water boiler. The first 20 liters are instantly hot, the next 20 are heated only when needed – a more energy-efficient and eco-friendly system. Just be aware: if you take your time showering together, it might turn cold 😉. So better one after the other – or quick together! This place is ideal for anyone looking for something special: minimalist, thoughtful, handmade – and filled with love. 🌿 Guest access Please park your car along the edge of the driveway, so that horses can still pass – there’s a horse meadow behind the house 🐎. Alternatively, you can use the public parking area a bit below the house, where there’s plenty of space. When entering the tiny house, there’s a small step up – I haven’t installed a handrail yet. Please be careful, especially if carrying heavy bags. Better two trips than one fall! The large garden is shared with my parents’ house next door. You’re very welcome to enjoy the garden – stroll around, relax, or let your dog roam. There’s a private terrace just for you with loungers – perfect for sunbathing or winding down. My parents’ terrace is private, but you’re welcome to walk through and enjoy the rest of the garden. If my parents are outside, we simply ask for a little mutual respect – maybe stick to your part during that time. My parents are very sociable and open-minded people. They’re happy to have a little chat – and would love to meet your dog too 🐶.
