Willowlee Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful location, nestled amongst the surrounding farms and within the gardens of Willowlee. Willowlee Cottage is a 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom house on our 125-acre farm, 15 minutes north of the centre of Armidale, on a sealed road. Quiet, comfortable and family friendly, you can use this as a base for events nearby, just for relaxing or to explore our wonderful region. The cottage is next to our home, however you still have your own space and privacy. The space Features: Bed layout - Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed & 1 King Single bed Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed & 1 King Single bed Slow combustion fire, with firewood provided (also fire guard for young children if required). Split system heating/cooling Air Conditioner in living room, if you don't feel like lighting the fire. Equipped kitchen with stove, oven & dishwasher. Laundry w/ washing machine & 2nd toilet. Fast Starlink Wi-Fi included. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the cottage, lawns and gardens, as well as paddocks on our small 125-acre farm. There are some nice walks on our farm, but please let us know if you'd like to explore, so we can make some suggestions, given stock placements. Other things to note Please note, that this is a working farm, surrounded by other farms, so you will hear and see motorbikes, machinery etc from time to time. In addition, there are animals, specifically cattle including some bulls on our property. Please admire them from afar, as they are large animals. We also have two dogs, who live within the garden that you will be in, they are very friendly and some chooks who reside in our orchard next to the garden. Registration Details PID-STRA-79678
