The property is a winery located on the sunny hills of Massa Marittima and the Tyrrhenian Sea. With its vast wild environment it offers traditional hospitality in 10 elegant apartments, each wit its own entrancy and private garden or tarrace. The pool is shared with other guests. The space The apartment STALLA is set in a rural building dating back to the late 1700s and is located on the ground floor on the west side. It has a private entrance and a green area in front. It has a large bedroom with double bed and single bed and a bathroom. In the living room there are a double sofabed and kitchen with dishwasher. It 's very close to the pool. There is a satellite TV, dish washer, and air conditioning. Extra costs: - tourist tax 1 euro per person epr night (older than 14 years) - final cleaning 60 euro - optional on request air-conditionning 56 euro per week - heating 90 euro per week Guest access The apartment is near to other residences but is completely independent. Only the big garden and lovely swimming pool are shared with other guests.
