(*My wife and I live in the house*), you can enjoy all the spaces of the house, such as..... living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, etc., etc. Guest access you can move around the house and use any space. During your stay You can contact me physically and/or by technological means. Other things to note ATTENTION!!! Inside the residential complex you will find a restaurant, beauty salon, pizzeria, mini market, a café and much more. Two minutes outside the residential area you will find an Xtra supermarket, 8 minutes away is wetsland mall, more supermarkets and a wide variety of shops. PLEASE NOTE....... THE BAYCLUB SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS DUE TO GENERAL MAINTENANCE OF THE FACILITIES.
