Here, you can enjoy a relaxing vacation while watching movies in the courtyard bathtub or listening to the sounds of nature in the rice field bathtub. Note: The Host will live in another villa to assist with check-in and daily help. There is a good privacy screen, so we will not disturb each other. Public facilities Swimming pool: Unlimited access, please be careful; please observe quiet hours at night. Courtyard/garden: Available all day, please take care of the vegetation and facilities. Kitchen (if available): Basic cooking equipment and utensils are available, please keep it clean. Fitness area/treadmill: Available, please follow the equipment instructions. 2. Room amenities Bathroom and bathtub: Exclusive to the booked room, please keep it clean after use. Projector/Home Theater: Available, please follow the operating instructions and pay attention to the volume. Air conditioning/fan/heater: freely adjustable in the room. 3. Transportation and travel Motorbike/bicycle rental: Rental service is available at the agreed price and rental period. Parking: Free parking, please park in the designated area. 4. Special note The Host may live on the premises but will respect the privacy of the guests and keep an appropriate distance. Other things to note Before you book, please be aware of: The villa is located in the Maerim district of Chiang Mai, away from the hustle and bustle, in an open environment, perfect for a casual vacation, quiet and relaxing. You need a car or taxi to get around. Grab, Bolt and other ride-hailing platforms are also very convenient to use.
