Boat ramp close by. * WE HAVE THE FIRST OF ITS KIND IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA & THE LARGEST IN AUSTRALIA, WINDARA REEF IN ROGUES POINT, IS A SHELLFISH RESTORATION REEF IN GULF ST VINCENT. Our cosy beach shack is a minutes walk to the beach. Five minutes drive to Ardrossan. Quiet location. Great for swimming, fishing and crabbing. Plenty of room for cars. 2nd toilet outside. Check in after 2pm. Check out is 10am. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Free Wifi The space Outdoor bbq. Microwave, Dvd player, coffee Maker, Dishes & utensils. Other things to note 2 night Minimum stay and 3 night Minimum stay for public holidays. You can bring your own top & bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, hand towel & bath mat. There are waterproof protectors on each bed. All Linen can be supplied and beds made up for: Queen bed includes 2 sheets and 2 pillow cases plus 2 towels for $40.00 King bed includes 2 sheets and 2 pillow cases plus 2 towels for $45.00 This Includes hand towel & bath Mat. **** At least one days notice is needed please. Price is per stay. Quilts with covers are supplied and pillows are supplied. BYO beach, fishing accessories etc. Portacot is available. Pets allowed if discussed earlier and with conditions. Fire Pit is available but you must BYO fire wood. And please keep doors & windows closed while using it. There is no Washing Machine. There is Ardrossan Public Laundry in Ardrossan to use if needed. Open 7 days a week. 8.30am-5pm.
