Gîte in an old Briard farmhouse

Set in the barn of an old farm, our gîte has two bedrooms upstairs: Delphine and Marinette. Each has its own bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor is the kitchen/dining room and the living room with sofa bed. The property has two TVs, and an internet connection. You are 20 minutes from Disney Land by car and the Tournan en Brie RER station is 5 km away (Paris in 30 minutes) Châteaux de Vaux le Vicomte and Fontainebleau nearby. The space We access the cottage through an inner courtyard. Lots of plants and views of the side of our pretty church of Châtres lit up at night. Car parking is outside the property. On the ground floor is the dining room and open kitchen. Next to the small living room and its 2 sofas (including a sofa bed 130 cm wide) Access to the bedrooms is via a slightly narrow staircase. "Delphine" has a double bed (140) , a single bed, a TV and a shower room with toilet . "Marinette" has a double bed, shower room and separate toilet. There's no space for dinner outside. Benches and a coffee table are available for a refreshment or a hot drink in front of the cottage. Our house is just across the street. We are available to welcome you and inform you. Guest access You'll have access to the entire "L'Etable" home with a separate entrance and enjoy the benches in the courtyard. Our establishment "Le Portail Bleu" also has two guest rooms. Other things to note Please note that there are no toilets on the ground floor and that the stairs are a little steep.
