Only 250m (200m as the crow flies) from the beautiful sandy beach of Praia da Luz. Restaurants, shops and 2 excellent supermarkets are within easy walking distance. To the front (south) it has a private pool with terrace, bridge and water feature. To the rear it has a private terraced area for car parking. The cottage is maintained to a high standard. On the lower floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower-room. There is a separate family bathroom. Patio doors lead to terrace, sunbeds and pool. On the upper floor, a nice sized lounge/dining room with patio doors out to balcony and patio furniture/BBQ. The kitchen is contemporary and includes granite work surfaces, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge has a wall mounted TV and beautiful log fire. Electric heaters are provided for winter lets. Logs may be purchased (at cost price from our villa manager) for the contemporary log burner. 3 golf courses within 5-10 minutes drive.
