Located in 231 W Washington St, Medina, OH 44256, USA This spacious home is divided into two sections: the front unit and the back unit. The front unit has 3 bedrooms, One downstairs and 2 upstairs. The back unit has 2 bedrooms, One downstairs and one upstairs. Each unit has a full bathroom downstairs and also upstairs for a total of 4 full bathrooms. Best of all, you’ll have the entire property to yourself to enjoy! Train tracks are near our home that cuts through Medina Lots of outdoor space to chillax and hang out! Lots of outdoor space also, Covered rear patio and Covered Porch. 5 Massive King size beds in all bedrooms! Sleeps 14 total Enjoy the outdoors on our large lawn mostly nice lawn and a few woods in the back! Very much relaxing and tranquil! A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property. ✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation: ✔Upload a valid ID ✔Fill out the Check-in Form ✔Sign the Rental Agreement ✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee ✹ Early Check-in: If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in. Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in. ✹ Late Check-out: Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare our home for the next guests. ✹ CRIBS/BABY GEAR: Let us know at least a week in advance if you’ll need a crib, so we can have it ready and waiting for your little one before you arrive! ✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. ✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost. ✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. Guest access You will be messaged a code followed by a check mark. This code is enabled in the electronic keypad deadbolt during your stay and can be used to unlock as well as to lock the door. For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.
