Short stay Luxury accommodation at a small sheep farm on the edge of Merredin townsite. Lovely peaceful setting, 3km West of Merredin overlooking the Merredin Silo Art. E-Vehicle charging facility on site (for small extra fee). Stylishly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeping up to 6 people, with full kitchen & Laundry facilities. Suitable for corporate workers, families & travellers. All areas temp controlled. WiFi & smart TV. Large outdoor area & BBQ. Undercover parking for 2 vehicles. The space 3 Bedrooms, with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) and a seperate toilet ( 2 in total on the property). We have a roll away bed available in addition, made available upon request for $10 per night. Guest access Depending on booking space, guests have full use of the property. Bedroom 2 & 3 are locked off if not booked. If you are booking for 2 people, who are not sharing a bedroom, please book for 3 people to ensure you get 2 bedrooms. Likewise, if you are booking for 3 (or more) people in separate bedrooms, book for 5 people to ensure you get the 3 bedrooms. Please look at the bedroom's so you get an idea of what is available. Unbooked rooms are locked off when not reserved on the booking. Unfortunately, Airbnb do not allow us to show the booking per bed, only per guest. Other things to note There is other accommodation on site close by, please keep to your own space & don't venture into theirs. If you are not the intended guest, please disclose this at the time of booking request. Property is suitable for corporate workers, families & travellers.
