In a historic family property in the heart of Sologne, come and stay at Longères de Montfranc, a barn completely renovated in 2024, at the foot of a beautiful castle and in a park of century-old trees surrounded by the forest. You will enjoy all the comforts of a modern house tastefully renovated with beautiful materials, as well as a heated swimming pool on sunny days, in a quiet and rare environment. The entrance is independent, we live about thirty meters away, so we are available if you need anything but the outdoor spaces are separate and independent Other things to note Linens are provided as well as 2 towels per person. The house is located in a family property where we want to preserve the calm, parties, evenings and receptions are not allowed. The vacation rental is located in the heart of an old and unfenced property. Several unsecured water points are nearby: moats of the neighboring castle, ponds, Sauldre canal accessible on foot at 400 meters. Pets (dogs only): upon request. Note: the property is not fenced and we have a dog on site. Only dogs kept on a leash outside are allowed. Security deposit required.
