The space The house is located in the Jardim Taquaral neighborhood, a neighborhood that offers tranquility and little traffic, making it ideal for walks and hikes. Description of the rooms: - Bedroom 01 (Suite): 1 queen double bed and 1 single bed; - Bedroom 02: 1 queen-size bed; - Bedroom 03: 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed; All mattresses are pocket sprung, of excellent quality; Bed and bath linens. - The tenant must maintain adequate silence during the day and, in particular, after 10 p.m., respecting the laws of good neighborliness. It is not allowed the use of automotive sound, amplified boxes, musical instruments or any element that may disturb the neighbors. - A fee will be charged for the energy consumed (R$1.00 per kW). The reading will be done at the time of the tenant's entry and exit.
