The renovated burgher house is located directly in the center of the historical development of the monument reservation, in the row development of Dolná ružová Street and is a representative of Baroque burgher houses. The building is a bearer of significant individual heritage values. In addition to a number of valuable details, the building has preserved a valuable truss structure with a built-in timber structure in a standing stool and with a uniquely preserved historical residential attic and a beautiful courtyard pavilion.
