The French-style apartment is on the first floor, with 4 steps from the garden. The space The French-style apartment is located in a mini-house in the garden on Kostelecká Street. You will enter through the gate from the street and you will not be disturbed by anyone during your stay. There are 4 steps leading to the apartment. It is air-conditioned and equipped with above-standard equipment. - 1 double bed with storage space - Kitchenette with cooking facilities - Bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, mirror, hairdryer and lots of small items that may be useful) - Plenty of storage space - Blackout curtains for a good night's sleep - First aid kit for every case KITCHEN is equipped so you can cook anything you want. There's also a microwave oven for heating. There are several establishments nearby (Burger King, KFC, pizzerias and more) from where they will bring your food to the front of the house. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer and all the basic kitchen equipment you need to feel at home. Of course, we have tea, coffee capsules for the coffee machine, instant coffee, sugar, salt and other surprises for a nice stay in the fridge or on the table. The BATHROOM is part of the apartment and is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, toothpaste and other small items that you may have forgotten. Look in the drawer under the sink. Guest access CHECK-IN We offer several arrival options to suit your needs. We prefer to meet in person upon arrival, we are very happy to be in contact with guests and we will also be happy to answer any questions, give practical tips so that you can make the most of your time with us. Please specify your arrival time, prepare your personal documents necessary for registration (passport, ID card) and the local fee to the municipality (CZK 50 per person per day of stay) We will also allow you a flexible self check-in. This type of check-in is possible if you contact us in advance and we will arrange the formalities necessary to pay the local fee for your stay. NUMBER OF GUESTS Don't forget to always book the right number of guests. Extra bed is not possible. There are two apartments in the house, next to the house with apartments there are two smaller parking spaces, each of the places is intended for one of the apartments. If you have a large car, please inform us before arrival. We often have guests without a car. We will agree whether you can use the entire parking space yourself or whether you need to think about another guest. It is also possible to use the opposite side of the street for parking free of charge. Other things to note GUEST REGISTRATION AND CITY TAX In accordance with the legal obligations imposed by the Police of the Czech Republic and the City of Prague, all guests are required to present a personal ID and pay a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night of stay. This payment must be made no later than upon arrival at the accommodation, we prefer cash, or we will prepare a QR code.
