Located 20 minutes from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and the La Flèche Zoo, you can also discover the major cities nearby, Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers, Tours and Laval 1 hour. Breakfast possible depending on availability at €7/person. The space This studio for 2 to 4 people consists of a living room with a 140 bed, 140 sofa bed and equipped kitchen (fridge, induction stove, coffee maker, tassimo, toaster, kettle...) - A separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Various equipment can be provided on request and according to their availability (baby bed, high chair, raclette machine, plancha...) Guest access Check-in will be done independently with a key box at the entrance. Your place is #1. On site is our main residence as well as 3 other cottages. Each of them has a private terrace area. Access to the park and playgrounds is free. Access to the swimming pool is possible from June to September.
