Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located behind the parking area. Please separate and dispose of garbage according to the instructions provided inside the property and place it in the designated location. Smoking, leaving garbage, and littering are prohibited in the following areas: ● In front of the entrance or around the building ● Near neighboring homes or on private property ● On roads or in shared/public areas ● Discarding cigarette butts on the ground is strictly prohibited. ⸻ ➎ No Unauthorized Entry Entering neighboring residents’ private property or using/ringing their intercom without permission is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized entry into another person’s property or residence may constitute an offense under Japanese law, including trespassing or unlawful entry into a residence/building. In serious cases, we may contact or consult with the police. ⸻ ❻ Quiet Hours at Night Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM. When going outside the property, please also be considerate of our neighbors. The following activities are prohibited: ● Loud voices or excessive noise indoors ● Parties or gatherings ● Gatherings or loud activities outdoors ● Loud conversations If noise violations or other disruptive behavior result in: ● Complaints or reports from neighbors ● Police or other relevant authorities being called to respond ● Continued violations despite repeated warnings we may require guests to leave the property early, depending on the circumstances. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining accommodation fees resulting from the early departure. ⸻ ❼ For Guests Traveling with Children Families traveling with children are always warmly welcome.
