From the living room, from your dining area and from the beautiful south-facing balcony you can enjoy an incomparable panoramic view over the Kiel Fjord and the harbor. You will experience the comings and goings of the ships from the front row. Your view extends from the harbor to the fjord with the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. If, contrary to expectations, the sun does not shine, the flat-screen TV with connected Blu-ray player offers you top-class entertainment. A parking space in front of the house is reserved for you. For bicycles you bring with you, you will find a storage facility in the bicycle cellar of the house. The existing elevator extends from the underground parking garage to the level of your apartment.
