Cigarette smoking is permitted outside in designated outdoor areas only. • Marijuana smoking or use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • No drugs or illegal substances are permitted on the property. • No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. • No eating or drinking in bedrooms. • Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in shared spaces, including the kitchen and bathroom. • Please wash dishes promptly and keep personal belongings organized. • Washer and dryer use is available for guests staying 3 days or longer only. • This is a co-ed shared home unless otherwise stated in the listing.
