Off-Grid Cabin (pet friendly)

***Please read note below regarding LINEN prior to booking.*** A peaceful, off-grid cabin tucked just out of town, surrounded by native bush with beautiful views over the harbour. The cabin has two large rooms with four beds in total, offering plenty of space for up to eight guests to stay comfortably. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or fishermen wanting a quiet escape. Powered by solar this cabin is off-grid, so please consider this when booking. The space • Starlink WIFI **LINEN: (please read before booking)** As there is no laundromat in Kawhia, we would prefer that you bring your own linen. However we still want to offer our guests the linen option. Please let us know when you make the booking. BEDS - 2 options: 1. BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING: - Please bring your own sheets & blankets. Provided at the air bnb: - Pillows and pillowcases. - You are welcome to use the duvet inners but please bring your own duvet covers. 2. REQUEST BEDDING: - $30 per bed. Request can be made once booking is confirmed. TOWELS - Towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Kawhia has its own hot water beach, often times they are hard to locate and carrying shovels up over the hot sand dunes is also a hard task. Let us know if you are interested in an off road adventure, we can drop you off to the pools, locate the hot water and provide shovels. Other things to note • There are ponds, streams and occasionally wild goats around the property. Keep a close eye on children if they decide to go roaming. • We have polished concrete floors so be mindful with children. • Section is not fully fenced at this stage so bear in mind if you’re bringing pets to stay. • The kawhia road is long & windy, please take note of this especially if you are an international guest.
