Should you need additional parking please park on the empty lot to the right of the home. ***There is an exterior security camera and a noise sensor near the front door. The occupancy limit of our home is 7 guests. We cannot host more than 7 guests at any one time due to city occupancy regulations. ♦︎♢We allow guests to log in to their own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV and other streaming accounts. We do not provide login credentials for these services as part of your stay. Each HDTV is a Roku TV with plenty of free movies and shows. All of the Roku TV's are set to Guest Mode, just enter your check out date and you'll be automatically logged out. ♦︎♢This cozy home is nestled in a peaceful residential area, but please note that you may hear typical neighborhood sounds such as passing cars and pets. ♦︎♢Please note that we leave 1 bath towel and wash cloth per guest up to 7.
