Welcome to our charming house with garden. You will enjoy this 120 m2 accommodation ideal for 8 people. You will enjoy an independent and private terrace, not overlooked. Located in a peaceful hamlet (8 km from the center of Retournac), it offers an ideal setting to rest while being close to all amenities. It is ideal for families, and nature lovers. The space • On the ground floor: - a spacious and bright living room composed of a living/dining area with TV, a table for 8 people and a sofa (sofa bed for 2 people) As well as a fireplace for your winter days. - A fitted kitchen with a stovetop, range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils, and dishes for 8 people. You will find on site: salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee filters / dishwasher tablets, sponges, dish towels, and household products to start your stay comfortably. - A bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 and a dresser to store your belongings. - Bathroom with shower, double sink, and toilet • Upstairs: - a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed with TV, as well as a dressing room to store your belongings, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. On the living room side, there is a mezzanine with air hockey, a small reading area and a sofa (sofa bed for 2 people) • Outside: - covered terrace with outdoor table and barbecue and a fully enclosed garden. Towels and sheets are included in the rental. The end-of-stay cleaning is optional, for an additional fee of €50. If you prefer to take care of the cleaning yourself, we will ask you to leave the home clean and in the condition you found it. Guest access Access to the house is easy. You have a place to park your car sheltered under an awning that is located at the front of the house, all secured by a gate.
