The home features three queen bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, a spacious open-plan layout, and thoughtful wheelchair-accessible design elements. You’ll enjoy the entire property to yourself, including secure off-street parking for two cars. Other things to note Other things to note: This is a peaceful place. Guests need to control noise at all times as this is a residential area with neighbour's. Parties not allowed and directly reported to police. Pets are allowed, but limited to small to medium dogs, yard is fully fenced and gated. Pets to stay off the linen and furniture at all times. Additional changes will be incurred for cleaning excess dog hair. Security 'Ring' camera at front gate and key safe for access. As we have frogs in the pond at the front of the property that at times can be noisy at night time for 2 of the bedrooms on that side of the house. (mainly when it's been raining) We have installed block out curtains and have provided ear plugs if they become a nuisance.
