This comfortable 2 bedroom flat is located on 1st floor and it can host from 1 to 4 guests. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood 300 metres from the sea ("Dasoudi"). There are 2 double beds. There is a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob and fridge/freezer. A toilet with a shower. There are solar panels that give enough hot water for 6 showers per day. In the unlike case that extra hot water is required there is a heating element. There are air-conditions in the rooms and lounge/diner. Other things to note REALLY IMPORTANT: The Cyprus law system, requires from hosts to collect the personal data of the person who stay at the property BEFORE checkin into their properties. The data is necessary for proper declaration of income(taxes) to Cyprus authorities by hosts. It is absolutely necessary that you identify yourself as you do in a hotel when you stay overnight.
