Here you will find peace for rest, enjoy in a quiet environment by the Umeälven river and nature. Sit by the beach, barbecue area , swimming and sunbathing. Close to a slalom slope, lots of miles of nice snowmobile trails, there are companies that rent out snowmobiles, fishing in a river or lake, ice fishing or summer fishing. On the farm, we have hens and a rooster that crows beautifully, creating a rural atmosphere. Sometimes there may be new eggs to enjoy. The space There are 2 bedrooms in the house. 1 bedroom with a 120 cm bed and an 80 cm in a room from the terrace. That room will be refreshed in the fall. In the rest of the house, we have painted walls and ceilings since everything was pine when the house was built. We took over the house in August 2024. We work in our spare time to build and arrange everything around the cottage. It's fun and we feel a lot about this place. Guest access In the house, you have access to everything. Should any bed linen need to be changed, take it from Älvaro's wardrobe in the master bedroom. In winter, you can park the car under the carport in the garage building next door. Other things to note We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 700 if the guest(s) have not cleaned according to the manual. We want it to be clean so the next guests can come in and that it is clean for them.
