The kitchen is newly renovated, but kept in the warm, cozy style that characterizes the house. The house has two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed above the foot of the bed. If you're a morning person, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace by the kitchen - sometimes a fox comes by early in the morning. The terrace is also a great place to enjoy both lunch and dinner - it's sunny all day and the sunset is also beautiful to enjoy here. In the garden you can cozy up in the hammock with a good book, and when you've had enough of the heat and need to cool off or rinse off the beach sand, you can rinse off under the beautiful outdoor shower where you can stand in privacy. In the garden, you'll also find a cozy fire pit area perfect for a campfire meal or snow cones. The cottage comes with four bicycles. Cycle out to the beach on Lilleø, from where there is a beautiful view of Fejø and Femø. On the island there is both a grocery store and a library that is run voluntarily on the island - here the holiday home owners have bought a share of the grocery store, which is open two hours a day, and at the library it's 'take a book - return a book,' with the confidence that comes from the lovely island life. Meet Mia My name is Mia, and together with my family I have a summer house here. The summer house gives us as a family a place where it's calm and stress-free. Here we relax and have fun together, and here we find time to do nothing. We searched for some time for the right holiday home that matched the holiday home atmosphere we wanted to experience - and a year ago we found Askø, which we immediately fell in love with. Our son has infantile autism and he finds peace and security here, and he can move around the island safely. We love going for walks, getting creative, doing yoga in the garden, swimming from the beach, crabbing at the harbor, lounging in the hammock and enjoying meals on the terrace.
