Come join us for a tranquil farm retreat, just 27km outside Grahamstown. We have a 4 sleeper lodge, great for families and a 3 sleeper, thatched rondavel, perfect for couples getaway. This listing is for the Rondavel. See pics As ex game farm, there is an incredible diversity of both fauna and flora, found nowhere else. Have a braai, fire up the pizza oven or just laze at the pool with a drink breathing in the fresh air. Please enquire about road condition before making booking. The space The farm is situated at the end of a servitude, so there wont be any noise from passing cars or highways. Both accommodation options are fully furnished and have a bathroom and shower. While there is no 'self catering' options, there are braai facilities and the option of firing up the infamous pizza oven. Meals and home baked bread and food can be ordered in advance. Please note that access to the farm is via a dust road that varies in condition and there is a short 2km farm road that also varies in condition. While accessible with careful driving, vehicles with very low clearance are cautioned as to the road condition. Note that this is a working farm and you can get really close to wildlife, even in the garden.
