Ideally located in a peaceful setting, it combines modern comfort and authentic charm for a timeless stay 💫 From the moment you arrive, immerse yourself in the welcoming atmosphere of the main room: - Two large, cozy sofas, perfect for gathering around a game or a book - A wood-burning stove to warm up your evenings, ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: A few logs are provided for your first fires. After that, you will need to provide your own firewood (Castorama/Brico Dépôt, Weldom). - A spacious table for sharing delicious meals - A discreet office area for those who want to stay connected. The kitchen, the true heart of the house, is fully equipped and has a central island for preparing gourmet meals. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals with family or friends. 👩‍🍳 Please wash and put away cooking utensils and tableware after use. A modern shower room and an independent toilet complete this lively space. Upstairs: elegant and bright bedrooms. A hallway leads to four bedrooms, all designed for your comfort: - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed - Two bedrooms with 140 cm beds - A cozy bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Two bedrooms offer a soothing view of the garden, bathed in natural light 🌳 There is also a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and bidet, perfect for meeting everyone's needs. Amenities for a turnkey stay: - Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests registered at the time of your booking: your beds are ready upon arrival for absolute comfort - A selection of board games, books, and magazines to enhance your evenings by the fire. An unplugged stay: no internet connection, but you can share your mobile network on the TV to watch movies with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. A bucolic garden to enjoy the outdoors 💐 The house's real treasure: a private garden of 3,000 m² with almost no overlooking neighbors, designed for moments of pleasure and relaxation. What you need to know: - The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - No WIFI, but an idyllic setting to reconnect with what matters most - You'll need to remember to bring your own wood after the first fires. - A Nespresso machine is available for morning coffee. We also provide our collection of Italian Moka coffee makers, with options for all sizes! You'll need to remember to bring your own ground coffee and capsules. - You can also make hot beverages from our selection of black tea, with real jasmine flowers, or herbal teas. - We can offer early check-in and late check-out for €10/hour, subject to the availability of our on-site staff.
