The Ballroom Near Fort Worth, Mansfield, Burleson

Welcome to the Ballroom! This room in the house is perfectly designed for working professionals, someone relocating to DFW or anyone needing longer term stays. Enjoy privacy in your room or social time in the common areas in my newly renovated home. There is a free massage chair to wind down the day in also. The neighborhood is quiet and green. Located 20 min south of downtown Fort Worth, 15 mins from Mansfield, and 15 mins from Burleson. The space This listing is of a downstairs private room. The room Itself has a king bed, dresser, desk, closet, Roku TV and its own key so that you can lock your room while you are away if you wish. Lots of Gorgeous shared spaces. The neighborhood is perfect for going for walks or bike rides. This space is designed for people who need a "mid term" stay. That need a safe, quiet, private and respectful place to sleep and hang out. There are other guests who share this house and of course myself. So maintaining a space that is peaceful and respectful of other is of high importance. Because of this I have several rules. No Kids No Pets Clean up after yourself. (I maintain the cleanliness of the shared areas however I am not here to wash your dishes or clean up your bathroom messes.) 9:30 quiet hours - it is fine to continue chatting and working, just be mindful of others who may be sleeping. Guest access This room shares a bathroom with another room in the house. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. There are two seating areas/living rooms in the house. Shared Kitchen space. There is designated fridge and freezer space for this room in the kitchen. Outside Hang out and smoking area (no indoor smoking is allowed) You are welcome anywhere in the house minus other bedrooms. During your stay While you stay here, I am here for you! Although I stay busy with my work, I'm very quick about responding to my guests' messages.
