Warm cozy cottage in the countryside

The cozy apartment with Savoyard decoration, consists of a living room with TV (Wifi via orange + TV with canal+), a kitchen with central island (with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), a master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed (with TV), another children's bedroom with bunk beds (80 x 190 mattress), toilet, a large closet in the hallway to store coats and shoes, and finally a bathroom equipped with a shower, a washing machine and storage. The space The bed will be done. There will be coffee (Nespresso machine: about ten "Vertuo" pods), two dish towels and a hand towel, toilet paper (1 roll in advance), laundry detergent (3 pods in advance), dishwasher tablets (3 pods in advance), hand soap in the kitchen and in the bathroom, garbage bags (3 bags in advance), and finally some cleaning products. I do not provide towels or soaps (shower gel, shampoo) in the bathroom. There will also be a vacuum cleaner, a bucket + Spanish broom, traditional broom + dustpan and brush. You will also find an ironing board and iron. Finally, there will be a fairly large clothes dryer. To store your belongings, there will be a dresser (drawers) in each of the bedrooms, as well as storage in the saddler and in the built-in cabinet in the hallway. Board games and books for children and adults will be available to entertain you! Guest access You can enjoy the large garden, the very large trampoline, swings and slide. Also, you can take walks in the forest and in the fields, from the gate. You can go see the horses and cows located in the pastures next to the property. This old mill has a factory on site, attached to the large plastered house, dating back a century, where wooden objects such as school rulers, squares, and levels of all sizes were made. Up to 7 workers worked there! You can visit this place rich in history from February 2025. Entry is through a large gate via a badge that you can collect via a "lockbox" next to the gate. You will park in one of the three parking spaces on the left of the driveway, and once you are in the inner courtyard, you can pick up the key to the accommodation in the key box next to the front door. Other things to note Welcome to Moulin de Longueuil, a 4000 m2 property with the "Le Sillet" river, in the municipality of Berthecourt, 15 km from Beauvais, and 25 km from Beauvais Tillé Airport. In the property, there are 2 separate houses (passage rentals), and 3 apartments (1 house of 280 m2 and 2 apartments in the brick house). This gîte located in the red brick house, refurbished in 2023, of 65 m2 is attached to another studio occupied by my 95-year-old father, still independent (only one person comes to help him with the cleaning and lunch). Please note, he will only be able to help you if you ask him... In the village, you can enjoy a bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, florist, post office, and gym. Plus, you can fill up with gas and enjoy a large supermarket in Hermes, 3 km away. Also, the presence of a butcher shop, another bakery, another hairdresser, and two restaurants (pizzeria and pmu of the town hall where the small dishes are cooked with love)!
