Warm, cozy cottage in the countryside

The cozy apartment with Savoyard decoration, consists of a living room with TV (Wifi via orange + TV with Canal+), a kitchen with central island (with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), a master bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 (with TV), another children's room with bunk beds (mattress 80 x 190), toilets, a large closet in the hallway to store coats and shoes, and finally a bathroom equipped with a shower, washing machine and storage. The space Beds will be made. There will be coffee (Nespresso machine: about ten pods "vertuo"), two tea towels and a hand towel, toilet paper (1 roll in advance), laundry detergent (3 advance pods), dishwasher tablets (3 advance pods), hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom, garbage bags (3 bags in advance), and finally some cleaning products. I do not provide towels or soaps (shower gel, shampoo) in the bathroom. There will also be a vacuum cleaner, a bucket + traditional Spanish broom + shovel and sweep. You'll also find an ironing board and an ironer. Finally, there will be a fairly large laundry dryer. To store your belongings, there will be a dresser (drawers) in each of the bedrooms, as well as storage in the saddle and in the built-in wardrobe present in the hallway. Board games and books for children and adults will be there to keep you entertained! Guest access You can enjoy the large garden, the very large trampoline, swings and slide. Also, you can take walks in the forest and in the fields, from the gate through. You can go see the horses and cows located in the pastures next to the property. This former mill has a factory, on site, attached to the large plastered house, dating back a century ago, where wooden objects such as school rules, brackets, levels of all sizes were made. Up to 7 workers worked there! You can visit this place rich in history from February 2025. Entry is through a large gate via a badge that you can pick up via a "lockbox" next to the gate. You will park in one of the three parking spaces on the left of the driveway, and once you are in the inner courtyard, you can pick up the key from the lockbox next to the front door. Other things to note Welcome to Moulin de Longueuil, property of 4000m2 of land with the river "Le Sillet", in the municipality of Berthecourt 15 km from Beauvais, and 25 km from Beauvais Tillé airport. In the property there are 2 separate houses (transient rentals), and 3 units (1 house of 280m2 and 2 apartments in the brick house). This cottage located in the red brick house, refurbished in 2023, 65m2 is attached to another studio occupied by my 95-year-old dad, still self-contained (only one person comes to help him with cleaning and lunch). Be careful, he won't be able to help you if you ask... In the village you can enjoy a bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, florist, post office, weight room. In addition, you can refuel and enjoy a large area in Hermes, 3 km away. Also, the presence of a butcher shop, another bakery, another hairdresser, and two restaurants (pizzeria and pmu from the town hall where the small dishes are cooked with love)!
