Use the elevator to the 3rd floor and enter with your personal door code — no front desk check-in required. Parking is free throughout the resort. Other things to note The Pool "VIP" Status: The resort has three pools, but they treat them like different VIP lounges. As our guest, you have exclusive access to the North Bluff Pool and Hot Tub. It’s the quietest, most scenic one (the "Hidden Gem"), and it’s all yours. The other two pools are for the resort-direct guests—but trust us, the ocean views from the North Bluff are much better anyway. The KITCHEN Situation: We have a kitchenette that is perfect for whipping up breakfast or reheating tacos. It’s equipped with a drawer dishwasher, mini fridge/freezer, stovetop, and a fancy microwave. Mother Nature is our A/C: Like many coastal homes, we don't have central air conditioning. We rely on the cool ocean breeze and a trusty standing fan to keep things comfortable. No FURRY Friends: We love dogs—really, we do. But we have a strict No Pets policy for this unit. (You might see local residents walking their dogs on the property—don't be jealous! They have different rules than vacation guests.) Resort Reality: Occasionally, the resort puts amenities in "time out" for maintenance. We don't control their schedule, but if we hear about any major closures (especially involving our North Bluff pool), we will let you know immediately! (Currently, the main pool is having a face-lift through March, so you’re not missing anything over there!). The "Champagne on a Beer Budget" Clause: By booking with us, you are paying a fraction of the resort’s hotel rates (seriously, check their prices—they are wild!). The trade-off is that we are a private home, not the hotel. What you get: A great place to stay and a massive discount. We also provide additional towels for longer stays of 4 nights and more. What you don't get: Daily housekeeping, concierge service, room service, access to the Main/South pools, or golf cart rides. (Think of us as your cool, independent apartment by the beach, rather than a full-service resort). Laundry: Laundry facility is located in the parking garage, below unit 116, which can be used for free.
