This delightful vintage-style home is perfectly situated just minutes from The Villages. This inviting "home away from home" boasts classic charm and modern comforts. Free parking is available for two vehicles, and well-behaved dogs are welcome (please inform the host if you're bringing a pet). The space The home shares a wall with another short-term rental unit. The goal is to provide a pleasant experience for all guests, and guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable, particularly during quiet hours. Guest access You are welcome to park under carport. There are two doors, one which has a ramp for entrance to the house the other is an additional unused door for attached apartment. Next to the carport is a fenced area this is for apartment guest only. You will have a your own wood fenced private yard to use in the back of the house. There should be little to no contact with guest in apartment. They have their own yard, their own parking area and their own entrance.
