Wilmington is in the heart of Adirondack Mountain Biking with trails less than 1 mile away along with 2 local pump tracks and over 12 trail systems within a 30 minute drive. This cozy Adirondack home sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an inviting open floor plan. The living room has a TV, fireplace with woodstove insert and lots of comfortable space. The nook off to the side holds a desk with chair, a games table and several board games, perfect for family fun nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and dishware needed for preparing meals to dine at home. The dining room holds a large table that seats 6-8 and is adjacent to the kitchen island with 3 stools. The open space allows for families or groups to easily gather and an abundance of areas inside and out also allow for spreading out to find a quiet space. The rocker and window seat in one of the bedrooms presents guests with a perfect spot to catch up on a bit of down time or curl up with a good book. Step outside for your morning coffee on the screened porch with gorgeous views of Whiteface Mountain and surrounding wooded areas and then end your days reminiscing about your daily adventures around the firepit while taking in the fresh Adirondack air and toasting smores. However you spend your days, Brookside Pines is a perfect home base for your Adirondack getaway! Pets Permitted: Up to 2 well-trained dogs are permitted with prior approval. Guest is required to clean up all dog waste. Dogs are not permitted on furniture and must be crated when left alone. Dogs are the only pets considered. A $100 Pet fee per pet per stay is required. What Awaits You: The West Branch of the AuSable River is internationally famous for trout fishing. We offer a wide selection of vacation rental properties ranging from cozy cabins to luxury retreats. We set very high-standards to enhance your vacation experience and ensure guest satisfaction. All Engel & Volkers rental properties are well maintained in desirable locations, fully furnished and tastefully appointed. Q. What are your office hours? A. Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. six days a week, Sunday’s by appointment and available to handle issues 24/7. Q. Where and when do I check-in the day of my arrival? A. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. unless we have approved an earlier check-in time. Please stop by our office to pick up your key and complimentary welcome tote. A. Yes, there is a one-time cleaning fee that applies to every rental. This fee is based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and overall size of the property. If you’d like additional housekeeping during your stay, please call us to book a mid-stay clean. Q. Are linens and towels included? A. Yes, all of our vacation rental properties include linens and towels at the property for your use. Q. Are paper products, soaps and other household supplies included? Our vacation rentals are furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags, a clean sponge and laundry soap. Some homes may also have a basic supply of spices, cooking oil and cooking spray. Depending on how long your stay is and your level of usage, you may need to purchase more of these items at any of the local grocery stores. Q. Are washers & dryers available? A. Yes, most of our properties have a washer and dryer available. Q. Are pets permitted? A. Some of our vacation properties accept pets and a pet deposit is required. Please look for a pet friendly designation on our web-site or call us and we can help arrange suitable accommodations. Q. Is smoking allowed in my rental property? A. No, smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our vacation properties. Q. Is there air-conditioning in my rental property? A. Most properties do not have air conditioning since the average daily high temperature tends to hover around 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit during the summer months. Q.
